Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional backend Python development.
• Experience designing scalable architectures for production systems.
• Experience integrating APIs and external services.
• Experience deploying apps in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Docker.
• Strong data and database handling skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and code reviews.
• Ability to mentor teammates and promote collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
• Architect efficient solutions integrating technologies, including LLMs or NLP.
• Implement and optimize STT/TTS components where applicable.
• Lead system design discussions for scalability and maintainability.
• Apply best practices in testing, CI/CD, and code quality.
