Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the technical backstop between our Global Operations Center and Core Engineering. You will own complex escalations for large-model deployments and translate findings into resilient product improvements.

You’ll resolve blockers beyond runbooks, build diagnostic tools, and partner with engineering teams to ensure zero downtime while communicating clearly with leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE with a focus on high-performance computing or large-scale AI stacks.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise including cluster administration and scheduler internals.
• Proficiency in orchestrating GPU workloads and diagnosing training job failures (ROCm/CUDA).
• Strong knowledge of RDMA/RoCEv2, SRIOV, BGP; ability to read switch telemetry.
• Linux kernel networking, hugepages, and cgroups; capable of OS-level debugging.
• Proficient in Python and Ansible; able to write diagnostic tools for remediation.
• Excellent communication when presenting findings to VPs of Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Complex Escalations: act as final authority on issues beyond GOC scope using code-level debugging.
• Direct Customer Engagement: partner with customer technical leads to diagnose production issues and resolve swiftly.
• Iterative Problem Solving: develop diagnostic scripts and workarounds to maintain operations during long-term fixes.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis: own end-to-end P1 resolution with clear post-incident analysis.
• Bridge to Engineering: convert pain points into feature requests to guide the product roadmap.
• Build Scalable Knowledge: document platform behaviors and improve runbooks with each incident.
