Job summary

TensorWave in the United States seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of complex AI infrastructure initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning hardware deployment, software infrastructure, and ML platform development to align with engineering, product, and operations goals.

You will define program scope, measures of success, and roadmaps while balancing customer needs with platform scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical program management experience in infrastructure, cloud platforms, or ML/AI systems.
• Strong technical background with ability to engage in architecture discussions around distributed systems and ML frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-quarter programs involving hardware and software components.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning hardware deployment, software infrastructure, and ML platform development.
• Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics for AI infrastructure initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional roadmap planning and prioritization balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation across concurrent initiatives.
• Translate complex technical tradeoffs into clear business implications for leadership and partners.
• Communicate program status, risks, and blockers with transparency across the organization.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery timelines or system performance.
• Drive postmortems and retrospectives to capture learnings and improve execution velocity.
