Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the elite escalation point between the Global Operations Center and Core Engineering teams. You will own problems beyond runbooks, diagnose production issues, and translate findings into a more resilient product while collaborating across engineering and customer teams.

The role focuses on kernel-level debugging, high-performance networking, and 24/7 reliability in large-scale AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE with focus on high-performance computing or large-scale AI stacks.
• Kubernetes expert with cluster administration and scheduler internals experience.
• AI/GPU infrastructure specialist for orchestrating GPU workloads and diagnosing training failures.
• Network pathologist skilled in RDMA/RoCEv2, SRIOV, and BGP; capable of interpreting switch telemetry.
• Linux power user with kernel networking, hugepages, and cgroups; able to debug OS-level issues.
• Builder mindset with ability to write custom diagnostic tools in Python/Ansible to automate remediation.
• Executive communicator with ability to present findings to VPs of Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex escalations as the final authority on issues beyond GOC scope.
• Direct customer engagement with technical leads to diagnose production issues and enable rapid resolution.
• Iteratively develop diagnostic scripts and workarounds to maintain customer ops during patches.
• Drive root cause analysis and post-incident reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Bridge to engineering by turning recurring issues into feature requests for product roadmap.
• Build scalable knowledge by documenting platform behaviors and improving runbooks.
