Job summary

LightEdge Solutions seeks a Senior AI Integration Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents and AI-driven workflows. You will own end-to-end lifecycles from intake through production readiness, providing deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

You will collaborate with Security, Compliance, IT, and Ops teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions, while translating business needs into practical AI-enabled workflows across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience building and supporting production workflow integrations across enterprise systems such as ServiceNow and Salesforce.
• Experience taking prototypes into governed production environments with proper controls and supportability.
• Experience owning production applications, integrations, or automations with operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI agents, harnesses, workflows, services, and integrations.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents and AI-driven workflows from intake to production readiness and support.
• Partner with internal teams to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Maintain a backlog of AI workflows and automations aligned with business priorities.
