Job summary

Laserfiche is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to guide clients through implementation, translating business needs into scalable Laserfiche solutions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and PM teams to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful adoption.

The role distributes work across discovery, configuration, demonstrations, and documentation, with potential to lead small projects and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a software/tech field.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements.
• Design, implement, and deploy solutions for projects.
• Install, configure, and license software for implementations.
• Provide weekly status meetings and demos to clients.
• Document project outcomes and create test plans.
• Provide troubleshooting and end-user training during deployment.
• Support project management and monitor timelines and budgets.
