Job summary

iBase-t is seeking a Manager, Business Solution Consultants in the Professional Services group. This leadership role oversees all Business Solution Consultants, partnering with directors to optimize delivery processes and ensure high-quality project outcomes using the Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM).

The role is customer-facing, guiding change management and ensuring deployment objectives are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT management, Engineering or Manufacturing or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years of experience in project environments implementing enterprise software solutions.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and supporting roles.
5+ years of experience working with and implementing enterprise-class software solutions.
2+ years of experience in managing a team of professional consultants in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Leads and supports the Solumina Business Solution Consultants team.
Partners with organizational leaders to optimize collaborative processes for delivery.
Guides change management activities and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
Ensures delivery quality by following SIM standards and deployment objectives.
Manages recruitment, onboarding, and development to maintain a skilled team.
Engages with customers and manages consultant deployments across sites (up to 30% travel).
