Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sr Solutions Coordinator to develop schedules and coordinate resources ensuring timely requests and orders. You will be the primary contact for sales reps and customers, driving process improvements and delivering great service.

You will use tools like Power BI, SAP, and CRM to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support major accounts. This role emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2+ years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Certified Customer Service Specialist certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Company brands and products information preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery of requests and orders.
• Provide cross-functional support to major accounts and resolve issues for prompt service.
• Aid various customer service and account support roles as needed.
• Act as liaison between the Company and accounts to adapt to major accounts.
• Interface with Credit Department to expedite shipments and maintain accounts.
