Faro AI is seeking a Customer Strategy Manager to partner with clinical development teams at leading life sciences companies, unlocking value from Faro's AI-powered platform.

You will serve as a strategic advisor, shaping adoption, embedding Faro into business processes, and translating AI capabilities into measurable operational impact at enterprise scale. A background in strategy consulting or customer success is ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business advisory, customer strategy, or similar roles.
• Experience within life sciences or SaaS/AI-enabled companies is preferred.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills; able to turn ambiguity into a clear path.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously with prioritization.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for varied audiences.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of customer value, adoption, retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for a portfolio of customer accounts and build trusted relationships across clinical, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Lead customer success and change management from onboarding to long-term adoption.
• Define and realize customer value, measure ROI, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Manage executive relationships and governance with senior stakeholders.
• Bring customer insights back to product and other teams to inform priorities.
