Job summary

Faro Health is seeking a senior software engineer to join our hybrid team in California. You will drive feature delivery, contribute to architecture, and mentor peers as we build scalable SaaS solutions for clinical trial design.

You’ll work with React, TypeScript, Python, and cloud services, shaping product roadmap and collaborating across engineering, data science, and product management to deliver a best-in-class user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years delivering highly scalable SaaS products with multi-tenancy.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Feature Delivery: lead development from ideation to release, meeting business requirements with excellence.
• Hands-On Innovation: contribute to architecture and development of high-complexity features.
• Champion Best Practices: promote engineering best practices for quality, performance, and scalability.
• Explore New Technologies: integrate cutting-edge tech to improve platform functionality.
• Mentor & Lead: mentor peers and accelerate product roadmap delivery.
