Job summary

ParetoHealth in Philadelphia is seeking a Solution Consultant to be a field-facing subject-matter expert who drives adoption of Savings Engine solutions through education-first engagement. This role complements Customer Management by bringing advanced solution, technical, and clinical depth to Pareto’s highest-priority customers.

The Solution Consultant partners with Account Managers, Product, Clinical, and vendor partners to ensure solutions are positioned appropriately, implemented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, benefits or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmacy or cost-containment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution adoption through education-first engagements.
• Provide deep clinical and technical expertise.
• Enable the field with training and resources.
• Own the feedback and vendor loop with Product and Vendors.
