Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Consultant to drive large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation programs for Health Plans and customers. You will lead workstreams, define deliverables, and partner with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to deliver value and outcomes.

We value expert advisory, stakeholder management, and a track record of guiding senior leaders through complex changes.

Qualificações

• 5 years of Consulting and/or Industry experience.
• 3 years in Healthcare/Insurance and 3 years in Technology Platform Delivery.
• 3 years in Program/Project Management.
• Experience engaging, influencing, and advising senior executive leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation programs and deliver milestones.
• Provide coaching and mentorship for junior resources and teams.
• Interface with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to deliver commitments and outcomes.
• Develop client requirements, SOPs, and process flows for client environments.
