Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Solution Consultant to help design, implement, and optimize solutions for estimates, eligibility, authorizations, orders, and discovery processes. You will bridge technical and operational needs to achieve client goals efficiently and effectively.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure seamless delivery, provide demonstrations, and train clients on adopted solutions. Strong industry knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or claims processing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with SaaS technology and system integrations desirable.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience in consulting or client advisory roles.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand workflows related to estimates, eligibility, authorizations, orders, and discovery processes.
• Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions aligning with operational objectives.
• Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical explanations to clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points, opportunities, and system integration needs.
• Develop and present project proposals, timelines, and cost estimates for implementation.
• Work with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Offer subject matter expertise in claims management and revenue cycle workflows.
• Stay current on industry trends and compliance impacting eligibility systems.
• Train clients and internal teams on implemented solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational challenges.
