Ketch is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to own customer implementations end to end. You will serve as the customer's technical advisor and main point of contact, coordinating with GTM, Engineering, and Product teams from discovery to deployment.

You will engage with customer stakeholders, educate on the platform’s features, identify upsell opportunities with Sales, and bring feedback to Product and Engineering to improve future offerings.

Formación

• 7+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or TAM at a SaaS company.
• Experience managing multiple implementations concurrently.
• Ad-tech or mar-tech experience is a plus.
• Startup experience in B2B SaaS preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end customer implementations and be the primary technical contact.
