Job summary

Ketch is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to own customer implementations end to end. You will act as the customer's technical advisor and main point of contact, coordinating with GTM, Engineering, and Product teams across multiple concurrent projects.

You will lead technical conversations, educate stakeholders on the platform, and work with Sales to identify upsell opportunities while feeding feedback to Product and Engineering to improve offerings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management at a SaaS company.
• Experience managing several implementations at the same time.
• Able to lead conversations with customer technical stakeholders independently, guiding them through Ketch technology including SaaS architectures, APIs, JavaScript SDKs, and integrations.
• Ad-tech or mar-tech experience is a strong plus; start-up experience in B2B SaaS preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; U.S. work authorization; Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations end to end, from discovery and solution design to deployment, as the customer's single point of contact.
• Lead technical conversations with customer stakeholders and educate teams on platform features and use cases.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close them.
• Bring customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape future product and services.
• Measure impact through time to value, customer satisfaction, and product utilization.
