Ketch is hiring a Head of Professional Services to build and lead our Professional Services practice. You will own the services business and its P&L and lead a team of experienced consultants, while also running a select set of enterprise accounts yourself.

Professional Services is part of our CX team and Go-to-Market organization. As Head of Professional Services, you will work closely with colleagues across Go-to-Market and Engineering and Product teams, shaping the services Ketch offers

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology or management consulting
• Proven experience owning a services P&L or bookings target
• Track record packaging, pricing, and selling services into large enterprises
• Experience designing new service offerings and managing partners
• Hands-on technical implementation with SaaS architectures and integrations
• Recent experience delivering client engagements while leading senior consultants
• Fluent in written and spoken English; authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsabilités

• Own the Professional Services P&L, including bookings, gross margin, capacity planning, and utilization
• Partner with Sales on strategic enterprise deals and present to executive buyers
• Build selling and delivery assets: proposals, executive presentations, pricing tools, and runbooks
• Design tiered service offerings with SOW templates and change-order discipline
• Run select strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end from discovery to launch
• Hire, coach, and develop the consulting team and set delivery standards
• Measure impact through bookings, gross margin, utilization, time to value, and customer satisfaction
