Job summary

Ketch is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to own customer implementations end to end, serving as the customer's technical advisor and main contact throughout. You will collaborate with GTM, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure successful deployments and maximize value.

In this role, you will manage multiple implementations, discuss platform capabilities with stakeholders, and drive opportunities alongside Sales while shaping product direction with feedback to Engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management at a SaaS company or equivalent consulting role.
• Experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Ad-tech or mar-tech experience is a strong plus, especially understanding data capture via pixels, scripts, and SDKs.
• Start-up experience in B2B SaaS preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations end to end, from discovery to deployment, as the single point of contact.
• Lead technical conversations with customer stakeholders and educate teams on platform features and use cases.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales to close them.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence future roadmaps.
• Measure impact via time to value, customer satisfaction, and product utilization.
