Job summary

Ketch is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to own customer implementations end to end. You will be the customer's technical advisor and main point of contact throughout the engagement, coordinating with GTM, Engineering, and Product teams.

In this role you will drive discovery, design, deployment, and delivery while educating stakeholders on the platform's capabilities. We value a startup mindset, strong communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Professional Services or SaaS
• Experience managing multiple implementations
• Lead conversations with customer technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, and JavaScript SDKs
• Ad-tech or mar-tech experience is a plus
• Start-up experience in B2B SaaS preferred
• English fluency; second language a plus
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations end to end as the main contact
• Educate customer teams on platform features and use cases
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with Sales
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to shape future offerings
• Measure time to value and customer satisfaction
