Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with stakeholders, identify business challenges, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and client value. The role requires detailed requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support delivery of initiatives.

Independent judgment and mentorship are expected, with a focus on analytics and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement or related services.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team experience through collaboration, accountability, and professional conduct.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members.
• Review work products for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements.
