Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions in Mequon, WI. You will partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and client value.

This role conducts requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver high-quality client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries, technical questions, and service-related matters.
