Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/tech field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, or related services experience.
• Experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and system requirements.
• Provide status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations; support inquiries and issues.
