The role blends deep technical expertise with consultative selling to align solutions with customer needs. You will position bundled offerings, resolve technical concerns, and work across lines of business with exposure to senior executives, shaping best-in-class capabilities within the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with significant client-facing experience.
• Ten or more years in technical sales, solutions consulting, or payments/fintech.
• Strong ability to translate technical details into business value for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities for complex products and integrated solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales process for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions, pre-sales consultations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Design, develop, and deliver customized client proposals and solution demonstrations.
• Translate complex concepts into clear business value and practical solutions.
• Provide implementation guidance and post-sale support to ensure successful onboarding.
