Job summary

Duco is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to partner with clients and prospects, crafting solutions for complex problems and aligned to ROI. You will collaborate with sales, professional services, customer success and product teams to ensure value is realized and long-term partnerships are built.

You will lead discovery, develop business cases, and manage evaluations from demos to pilots, delivering measurable outcomes and strong value propositions for our financial services clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consultative role within Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Capital Markets or similar.
• Proven ability to navigate enterprise sales cycles from discovery to design.
• Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate complex solutions into compelling value propositions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-based discovery and consultative solution evaluations for clients and prospects.
• Articulate the value proposition of Duco’s platform and services to demonstrate ROI.
• Develop and present business cases showing measurable outcomes from Duco’s solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success and Product teams throughout the sales and implementation cycles.
• Lead solution evaluations, from demos to pilots, ensuring tangible sales outcomes.
• Support the sales team with proposals and documentation reflecting the value offered.
