Job summary

Docebo seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant to architect and lead complex enterprise wins, engaging executive teams to translate technical requirements into transformative learning visions. You will own the technical win and mentor future leaders.

The role involves partnering with Account Executives, Product, Marketing, and CS to strengthen deal intelligence and drive strategic outcomes. Hybrid work is available with a mix of in-office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise SaaS pre-sales or solutions consulting.
• Full professional fluency in English and German.
• Background in LMS/learning tech and HRIS integrations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and customer engagement in high-value enterprise opportunities.
• Engage with VP and C-level stakeholders to position Docebo as a strategic partner.
• Drive multi-threaded discovery to uncover hidden decision-makers and business needs.
• Advise Account Executives to build strong business cases against competitors.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CS to inform broader Docebo strategy and outcomes.
