Job summary

duvo.ai is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to own the customer transformation journey, connecting Duvo’s platform to measurable business outcomes at the executive level. You’ll work with COOs, CFOs, and boards to define change, secure buy-in, and ensure adoption that translates pilots into company-wide rollouts.

You will map processes, review landing effectiveness, and push for the next phase, defending ROI with concrete metrics and currency-based business cases.

Qualifications

• Must have real FMCG or retail experience in category management, supply chain, or finance ops.
• Must have transformation engagements at a Big 4 or top-tier firm.
• You can hold C-level conversations and drive business outcomes with data.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the customer transformation roadmap and business outcomes.
• Bridge Duvo capabilities to executive-level buy-in and ROI proof.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
• Present proofs to boards and exec teams to scale pilots to rollout.
