Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Product Solutions Architect to act as a technical multiplier across our Service Management products. You will design architectures, implement best practices, and drive adoption of App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, and On-Call across customer environments.

You will partner with Datadog customers and the product team to deliver actionable feedback and create high-impact collateral.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering foundation with hands-on experience building and operating incident response programs.
• Familiar with distributed systems, observability concepts, and integration of alerting and incident workflows.
• Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with low-code/no-code development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for Datadog's Service Management products: App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, On-Call.
• Partner with Field teams to provide hands-on technical and architectural guidance to enterprises adopting Service Management; design on-call escalation policies and incident workflows.
• Create high-impact technical collateral: reference architectures, technical guides, cookbooks, and documentation for field teams and customers.
• Build proofs of concept and small-scale deployments to validate solutions in real customer environments.
• Influence product roadmaps by delivering feedback based on field experience to improve automation and incident workflows.
