Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Product Solutions Architect to partner with Field teams and design architectures across App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, and Workflow Automation. You will develop best practices, reference architectures, and enablement assets while driving adoption of Datadog’s Service Management suite in customer environments.

The role requires deep engineering roots, on‑call experience, and comfort across rapidly evolving domains.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience building and operating incident response programs.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in high‑pressure situations.
• Familiarity with low‑code/no‑code app development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in‑house SME for Datadog's Service Management products — App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, and On‑Call.
• Partner with Field teams to provide hands‑on technical and architectural guidance to enterprise customers adopting Service Management.
• Create high‑impact technical collateral, including reference architectures and cookbooks for Field teams and customers.
• Build proofs of concept and small‑scale deployments to validate solutions in real customer environments.
• Advise Product Management with field feedback to shape the roadmap for automation and incident workflows.
