Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to guide configuration and demonstrations of Trial Interactive software. You will collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Product to align customer requirements with scalable solutions, and you will train junior team members while contributing to SOP creation.

The role emphasizes deep product configuration expertise, SaaS familiarity, and strong client-facing communication. Global travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in solutions consulting or software configuration.
• 5+ years in life sciences, eTMF, clinical ops, regulatory, or content mgmt.
• Strong analytical and customer-facing communication skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS and cloud business models.
• Experience with REST APIs, sFTP, JSON, XML, SSO (SAML 2.0) and Okta.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% globally.
• Experience with backend languages (Python, Java, C#, Node.js, PHP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure Trial Interactive enterprise software during implementation cycles.
• Design and document new configurations and solutions.
• Create User Requirements and Configuration Specifications for implementing customers.
• Demonstrate the product to prospects and existing customers.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs with technical elements.
• Bridge Sales, Operations and Product teams with customer requirements.
• Develop and script product demonstrations.
• Promote Trial Interactive through demos, webinars, and events.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Create SOPs per QA guidelines.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by management.
