Job summary

Sardine is seeking a Solutions Architect Lead to drive end-to-end client onboarding for our fraud and compliance products. You will manage integrations, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure successful deployments with clients and internal teams.

This hands-on role requires 7+ years in implementation, integrations, or solution architecture and 3+ years in B2B SaaS (payments, fraud, risk, or compliance).

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading integrations, implementation, or architecture in tech teams.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Strong written and spoken communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with APIs, OpenAPI, and scripting (Python/SQL/Bash).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing integration team delivering onboarding and scalable solutions.
• Guide clients during onboarding, ensuring successful deployment.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support materials.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions using Sardine capabilities.
• Manage projects, timelines, risk, and deliverables.
• Gather product feedback from customers and relay to internal teams.
