Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the AWS Plus team. You will be the primary technical advisor to one or more Amazon business units, working directly with engineering leaders to design, operate, and optimize AWS workloads at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security or networking.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with Amazon business units, translating business goals into AWS architecture and adoption strategy.
• Make prescriptive recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency for large-scale workloads.
• Architect and advise on solutions across compute, storage, data & analytics, integration, and AI/ML services.
• Guide adoption of generative and agentic AI capabilities using services like Amazon Bedrock.
• Translate customer requirements into well-architected designs and feature requests that influence AWS roadmaps.
• Collaborate with account management, Customer Solutions Managers, AWS Support and service teams to deliver complete coverage.
