Job summary

HawkEye 360 is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements across Europe. You will design the solution, own end-to-end delivery, and train end users on HawkEye 360 data integration into their workflows.

The role requires learning quickly, excellent customer service, and collaboration with engineering, product, and solutions teams to align offerings with customer needs. Some travel to Europe/Luxembourg is expected.

Qualifications

• Serve as the technical point of contact for Europe programs.
• Design and own the solution; run point on technical issues.
• Conduct multi-day technical training sessions for customers.
• Lead TEMs and explore use cases with end users.
• Integrate data flows from AWS to on-premise storage and 3rd party platforms.
