Job summary

Hitss USA is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to drive long-term client relationships and complex solution delivery across digital transformation, cloud, and DevOps initiatives. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, lead cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to executives and engineering leaders.

In this role you will design modernization strategies, guide API-first architectures, and oversee POCs, migrations, and deployment plans while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7-9 years of experience in complex solutions is required.
• 7-9 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, consulting, or digital transformation is required.
• 1-3 years of hands-on software development experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align Hitss solutions with customer needs.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle; bridge customers and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate architecture discussions, requirements gathering, and digital transformation planning.
• Develop strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, and support account planning.
• Lead technical demos, POCs, and provide expert recommendations to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to translate proposed solutions into implementation plans.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications

Master’s degree (preferred)
