Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking aSenior Solutions Architect to act as the dedicated technical advisor to Amazon Customer Service, guiding design, operation and optimization of AWS workloads at global scale.

You will own the technical relationship with engineering teams, architect agentic AI workflows, and ensure comprehensive coverage across Connect workloads, data, and AI/ML services while collaborating with AWS teams to accelerate resolution of complex challenges.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software/internet industries
• Experience communicating with executive level stakeholders or clients

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with Amazon Customer Service's engineering teams and broader internal contact center estate, recommending security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency improvements
• Guide agentic AI adoption across the customer service experience and architect AI-enabled workflows with Connect and Amazon Bedrock
• Architect and advise on Connect-based workloads (flows, routing, omnichannel, analytics, multi-region resiliency) and related AWS services such as data, streaming, integration, and AI/ML
• Translate customer business needs into well-architected designs and feature requests for the Connect roadmap
• Collaborate with account management, Solutions Architects, Support, and service teams to deliver comprehensive technical coverage and faster resolution of challenges
