Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. seeks a Staff Solutions Architect to lead technical execution on the most valuable enterprise opportunities.

You will own strategic accounts and serve as the senior technical relationship owner, shaping reference architectures, evaluation methodologies, and processes used by the team. This role interfaces with Account Executives, Project Managers, and Tech Leads and is an individual contributor position with mentorship responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Deep engineering background with customer-facing roles at enterprise scale such as solutions architecture or sales engineering.
• Track record owning technical outcomes on complex multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 or equivalent.
• Strong systems thinking across cloud, data, and AI/ML architectures with production experience in Generative AI and LLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and execution on the largest, most complex deals in your vertical.
• Own long-term technical relationships with C-level and senior technical stakeholders across multiple accounts.
• Define evaluation methodologies and patterns to be reused across the team.
• Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to hiring and technical bar-raising.
