Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in the New England area. The role centers on pre-sales collaboration with multiple account teams to design and present high-level architectures across storage, virtualization and cloud domains.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in storage/compute, OEM/VAR experience, and a demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and sell managed services and consulting solutions while aligning with diverse Presidio service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
• 7+ years of storage, virtualization, compute, converged, cloud, and/or related technologies/services.
• Work Experience with relevant OEM manufacturer and/or work experience with IT Solution providers/VAR/partners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and collect customer requirements.
• Work with account manager/sales team to develop customer relationship and solutions and assist in overall sales process.
• Create high-level solution designs/architecture and present them to customers.
• Create customer-facing presentations.
• Articulate strategies in group settings.
• Create a bill of materials & configurations for solutions.
• Build scope of services and professional service pricing.
• Write SoW's (Statement of Works)
