Job summary

Chainalysis' Blockchain Foundations Team (BCF) within Alterya seeks a Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle. Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer.
• Experience with fraud prevention, financial crime, payments, or fintech.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and product demos with prospects.
• Design and implement fraud detection workflows.
• Lead onboarding, API integrations, and deployment.
• Collaborate with fraud, risk, engineering, and operations teams.
