Job summary

Chainalysis' Blockchain Foundations Team (BCF) is hiring a Solutions Engineer to guide customers from discovery through deployment of Alterya, our AI-powered fraud prevention platform. You will partner with banks, fintechs, payment providers, and crypto businesses to design tailored fraud-detection workflows and ensure successful implementation across environments.

This hybrid role combines solution consulting, technical onboarding, and customer enablement.

Qualifications

• POC ownership and end-to-end execution
• Training and enablement of sales teams
• API integrations and technical onboarding
• Experience with fraud prevention, payments, or fintech
• Strong problem-solving and customer communication

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions, product demos, and solution workshops
• Design and implement customized fraud-detection workflows
• Oversee onboarding, API integrations, and deployment of Alterya
• Collaborate with fraud, risk, engineering, and operations teams
• Advise on fraud trends and best practices
• Provide ongoing guidance and troubleshooting throughout the customer lifecycle
• Share feedback with Product/Engineering and help scale enablement resources
