Similarweb LTD is seeking a Solution Business Manager, Search & Ads Intelligence in New York. Bring hands-on performance marketing experience across organic and paid channels to advise clients and shape product roadmap with market insights.

You will partner with sales, account management, and customer success to win deals, deepen adoption, and deliver client-ready analyses using AI tools and Similarweb data. Hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Experience across Organic Search (SEO) and Paid media channels.
• Ability to translate client insights into business value.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on search and paid media for clients and internal teams.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand channel mix, budgets, and competitive challenges across SEO, AEO/GEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate.
• Create tailored demos and data stories for performance marketers, media planners, and agency strategists.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and surface unmet needs across the marketing stack.
• Guide clients on organic search strategy, including AI-generated results and content optimization.
• Assist clients in adapting to new search paradigms: LLM-referenced content and structured data.
• Apply keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitive benchmarking using Similarweb data.
• Monitor SERP shifts and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Advise on competitive paid media strategies across SEM/PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliate channels.
• Help clients benchmark ad spend and identify bidding patterns to reduce wasted spend.
• Connect organic and paid search insights to cross-channel budget decisions.
• Support reporting and competitive audits powered by Similarweb data.
• Prototype AI-driven workflows to improve output quality.
• Stay updated on AI-driven changes in search and marketing analytics.
