Job summary

L’Oréal in New York (10 Hudson Yards) seeks an Assistant Manager, Paid Search to support the Paid Search team with end-to-end SEM management. You will monitor, analyze, and optimize Google and Microsoft campaigns to drive sales and traffic, collaborating with six+ brands and cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to testing, case studies, and industry updates while leveraging tools like Search Ads 360 and Adthena. Hybrid work with 3 days in the NYC office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3+ years of Paid Search experience.
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Experience with bid management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize multiple campaign types (Brand Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Non-Brand Search).
• Manage daily pacing, performance monitoring and trend analysis for optimizations.
• Propose keyword/ad/budget/bid optimizations to maximize KPIs.
• QA throughout full campaign lifecycle and health checks of pages and feeds.
• Coordinate Paid Search coverage with brand stakeholders.
