Similarweb is hiring a Solution Business Manager, Search & Ads Intelligence in Burlington, MA. You will work with sales, account management, and customer success to win deals, deepen product adoption, and shape the roadmap with market and client insights.

The role requires hands-on experience across organic and paid channels, a strong grasp of AI tools, and the ability to translate data into strategic client recommendations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in both SEO and paid media.
• Experience across at least three channels: Organic, Paid, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate.
• Solid understanding of AEO and GEO: AI-generated results, LLMs surface content, optimization needs.
• Comfortable building with AI; regularly using AI tools to improve work pace and output.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to derive decisions from data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients and internal teams.
• Bias toward action; able to work across ambiguity and build from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and account management to support deal cycles, RFPs, and renewals, bringing practitioner credibility to client interactions.
• Lead discovery sessions to map clients' channel mix, budgets, and competitive challenges across SEO, AEO/GEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate.
• Create tailored use case demos and data stories for performance marketers, media planners, and agency strategists.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by surfacing unmet needs across the client’s marketing stack.
• Guide clients on organic search strategy and AI-referenced content, with SERP and content optimization guidance.
• Monitor SERP landscapes, track AI-driven changes in click-through, and translate into actionable client recommendations.
• Advise on cross-channel budget decisions using Similarweb data and contribute to client-facing reports and competitive audits.
• Prototype AI-driven workflows and solutions to showcase what’s possible beyond standard product.
