You will closely collaborate with engineering and business leaders to define adoption goals, oversee feedback, testing and deployment, and help reduce time to revenue while controlling costs.

• Excellent communication with engineering and business leaders.
• Experience working within agile software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and prioritization of functional requirements for tool and agentic platform development teams.
• Shape the vision for tool and agentic capabilities that support lean process development across Professional Services.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to define solution adoption goals.
• Lead feedback cycles, testing and deployment support to improve adoption and user experience.
