Job summary

Powell is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for North America to drive growth remotely, partnering with Sales to win across the US and Canada by combining Microsoft 365 expertise with discovery, storytelling, and practical solution design.

You translate business needs into architectures, engage IT, HR, security, and executives, and build reference architectures, demos, and assets while collaborating with Product & R&D to improve the product.

Qualifications

10+ years in technical presales or solution engineering for enterprise SaaS.
Proven ability to tell stories with demos and outcomes.
Experience navigating enterprise buying committees.
Hands-on configuration/deployment in M365 environments.
French language skills a plus for Quebec opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops, tailored demos, and solution design sessions.
Own the technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities.
Identify blockers, decision criteria, risks, and stakeholder concerns early in the sales cycle.
Enable partners through webinars, events, and technical training.
Create and maintain technical assets (demo environments, reference architectures, guides).
Collaborate with Product & R&D to improve the product.
Participate in US digital workplace communities to build Powell's visibility.
Contribute to customer and partner satisfaction throughout the full sales cycle.
