Job summary

UST is hiring a Microsoft 365 Expert Solution Architect to manage enterprise environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams. You will drive license management, automation, and Copilot integration while ensuring security and compliance across Azure AD and Purview.

Role requires 4+ years of hands‑on M365 experience, scripting in PowerShell, and ServiceNow ticketing. Remote - US with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft Entra ID tenants.
• Experience with Copilot Studio Agent development using ALM pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features: Azure AD, conditional access, Purview/Compliance, Information Protection, DLP, retention policies.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for M365/Entra automation.
• Deep understanding of cloud security principles, Zero Trust architecture, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience managing tickets via ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• License Management: report on license utilization and assign licenses as required.
• Assist with Application and Copilot Integration: guide usage of Microsoft Graph, test in test environment, assist with Change Management process.
• Automation & Scripting: develop, deploy, and maintain PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API scripts to automate repetitive tenant administration tasks, bulk provisioning, and reporting.
• SharePoint and Exchange responsibilities: administer SharePoint and Exchange Online: site architecture, permissions, tenant settings, search configuration, content migration, versioning, lifecycle management, mail traces and SMTP troubleshooting.
• Provide operational support and troubleshoot SharePoint and Exchange issues, provide user support, and create documentation and training materials for users and administrators.
