Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred.
• 5+ years software programming experience with 2+ years leading/mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code for complex scenarios with good test coverage.
• Translate requirements into robust designs for modular, scalable systems.
• Lead design and code reviews to ensure best practices and high quality.
• Lead sprint teams to deliver new or improved features.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
