Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in software engineering with modern technologies.
• 3+ years leading multi-team engineering initiatives for distributed applications.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code for complex scenarios with good test coverage.
• Review and translate product requirements into robust designs for modular, scalable distributed systems.
• Lead design and code reviews to ensure Mercury standards and quality.
• Lead multiple sprint teams to deliver features and address impediments.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor engineers across teams and foster innovation.
• Collaborate with product managers to estimate effort, prioritize work, and plan roadmap items.
