Job summary
Filigran is a fast-growing, global, fully remote cybersecurity company delivering open-source solutions like OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and XTM One. We seek a Senior Solution Engineer to guide strategic prospects and customers, run demos, deliver workshops, and translate customer needs into integrated technical solutions.
You will support Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, enabling adoption and long-term success.
Qualifications
- Requires 5+ years in a Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Presales role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and CTEM topics.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading workshops, trainings, or product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and functional guidance to key prospects and customers.
- Build and run product demonstrations and workshops tailored to use cases.
- Design technical solutions aligned to customer architecture and business goals.
- Lead PoV deployments and maintain healthy environments.
- Support smooth handovers from Sales to Customer Success.
- Represent Filigran as a technical advisor in client discussions at all levels.
- Contribute to technical documentation, training, and integration projects.
- Engage with OpenCTI community and users.
