Job summary

NODA AI in Austin and Washington, DC metro hires a senior full-stack engineer to lead URZA deployment and customer-facing technical delivery on active programs. The role may land as Senior Solution Engineer (L5) or Solution Architect (L6) depending on depth; you will own deployments end-to-end on DoW and military environments.

You will work on-site, partner with Mission Leads and Field Operations, write runbooks, ConOps, and after-action reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with customer-facing work.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; strong Linux.
• Deep networking knowledge and field debugging.
• Deployment experience in DoW/military environments.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead URZA deployments end-to-end at customer sites.
• Configure URZA per customer's mission and ConOps.
• Integrate URZA with third-party systems and data feeds.
• Run customer technical reviews and training; coordinate with Mission Leads.
• Create runbooks, ConOps templates, and integration playbooks; mentor engineers.
