Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead deployment and scaling of robotic systems across customer environments. You will own API-to-hardware integration, mentor teammates, and influence the platform through field experience and technical leadership.

You'll architect end-to-end solutions, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and drive deployment success and product improvements.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years deploying robotics or automation in real-world environments.
• Experience designing mechatronics systems or industrial automation.
• Expertise in Python, networking, and hardware/software system interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee complex robot integrations across systems, APIs, sensors, and software.
• Lead on-site commissioning, field testing, and customer collaborations.
• Develop reusable deployment tooling and templates for scalable deployments.
• Provide field-based feedback to shape roadmap and product improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and promote integration best practices.
• Travel up to 50% to support deployments and pilots.
