Ladders is seeking a Senior Consultant - Data Platforms & Architecture to join a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. The role shapes modern data platform solutions to enable operational insight and business decisions in a data-rich environment.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, translate needs into scalable analytics solutions, and work hands-on with Microsoft cloud data services, reporting and database design with an emphasis on reliable delivery and clear

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse.
• Expertise in data management, BI and analytics concepts.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft BI stack, including Power BI and SQL Server.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing stored procedures and tuning.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Consultant - Data Platforms & Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.
This role will help shape and deliver modern data platform and architecture solutions that support operational insight and business decision-making in a complex, data-rich environment. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into scalable analytics solutions. The position calls for hands‑on expertise across Microsoft cloud data services, reporting, and database design, with an emphasis on dependable delivery and clear communication.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $103,100 – $154,700 annually
