Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Solution Engineer to join a leader in the Information Technology space. The role partners with prospects and customers to uncover business challenges, demonstrate solution value, and guide technical evaluations from discovery through proof of concept.

The position blends deep business intelligence expertise with consultative selling, helping decision-makers understand how the platform can support data-driven outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business intelligence experience.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Deep understanding of database concepts.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Fivetran or Matillion.
• Excellent organizational skills for multitasking in a startup environment.
• Experience implementing business intelligence solutions or proof of concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

You will work cross-functionally to create tailored demos, respond to RFPs and RFIs, and serve as a trusted technical advisor in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
